Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the box “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” in a form on mara-craft.com and sending a request, I freely give my consent to Marina Ivanova, sole proprietor (taxpayer ID 771200223560, registration number 315774600053242, e-mail: marina935@yandex.ru; the “Controller”), to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data

  • name;
  • a contact for replying to me — Telegram username, e-mail address or phone number;
  • the information I provide in the request: task description, website link, comments and quiz answers.

2. Purposes

  • reviewing my request and getting back to me;
  • preparing a proposal (scope, timeline and price);
  • entering into and performing a services contract.

3. Processing

Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, erasure and destruction of personal data by automated means.

4. Recipients and transfers

I agree that the Controller uses Cloudflare, Inc., Telegram Messenger Inc. and Yandex LLC (Yandex Mail, notifications to marina935@yandex.ru) to receive and deliver requests, and I consent to the transfer of my personal data to these services, including outside my country of residence.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved and for no longer than three years after I send the request. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to marina935@yandex.ru; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
