Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Who we are
This policy explains how personal data of visitors to mara-craft.com (the “Website”) is processed and protected.
Data controller: Marina Ivanova, sole proprietor (Russian Federation), taxpayer ID (INN) 771200223560, registration number (OGRNIP) 315774600053242. Contact for any privacy questions: marina935@yandex.ru.
2. What data we collect
We only process the data you enter yourself in the forms on the Website (the “Project request” form and the “Discuss a project” quiz):
- your name;
- a contact for replying to you — Telegram username, e-mail address or phone number;
- the description of your task, a website link, comments and your answers to the quiz;
- technical details of the request: date and time, page address and language version it was sent from.
Cookies and data stored in your browser are described in the “Cookies and analytics” section.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- to review your request and get back to you — based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form;
- to prepare a proposal (scope, timeline and price) and to enter into and perform a contract — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
4. Who receives your data
Requests are received through services that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Website infrastructure, including data centres outside your country) — technical receipt and relay of request data;
- Telegram Messenger Inc. — notifying us of a new request;
- Yandex LLC (Yandex Mail) — delivering a notification to us at marina935@yandex.ru.
Request content is delivered to us via Telegram and e-mail; Cloudflare does not keep a separate long-term copy of requests. These services may process data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area and the Russian Federation. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else unless required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting contract, and no longer than three years after we receive the request, or until you withdraw your consent. After that, the data is deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to marina935@yandex.ru — we reply within one month at the latest.
If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We take appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: only the data controller has access to requests, and service accounts are protected with passwords and two-factor authentication.
8. Cookies and analytics
To make the Website work, only technical records are stored in your browser:
- your choice in the cookie notice (“Accept” or “Decline”) — in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) for 12 months, so that the notice does not appear again;
- a note of your position on the page when you switch languages, so that the new language version opens at the same place — in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) for a few seconds; it is deleted right after the switch.
These records contain no personal data, are not sent anywhere and are needed for features you use, so no separate consent is required for them. The Website does not use advertising cookies.
Web analytics services are loaded only after you click “Accept”. No such services are connected to the Website at the moment, and the Website does not set any cookies.
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Cookies that have already been set can be deleted in your browser settings.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page.
